How do I search for a product ?

To search for a product please use the search box located on the site header. Fill the box with the information you need is available and a list of matching results will appear . Just then select the one that best fits your search criteria .

A company can place an order on the site?

Yes, Soferragens ( loja.soferragens.pt ) also accepts applications for businesses . To receive an invoice with the correct information of your company , please enter all data requested to effect the registration or to finalize your order .

What should I do for the request to be sent to a different insert that in my customer account address?

After you add the products into your cart , you have the possibility to enter another address for submission of the application .

I forgot my password . What should I do ?

In this case you should use the Retrieve Password option , available on the login page . Simply enter your email address with which you registered on our website in the box provided and confirm the "Submit " button. You will receive a new password the email indicated.

How can I change the information in my account ?

To change the account must login and choose Edit Account , available in Section Account option.

I have to have an account to buy ?

To place an order on this site must create a user account . This can be created and then adding the products in the cart.

Can I change the order after the end ?

If you want to modify your order, please contact us using the Contact Us form available on the website . Please also indicate the ID of the application that can be found in the Status section request.
